Gayle, RDH
Gayle is a 1989 graduate from the University of Maryland at Baltimore School of Dental Surgery, receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene Care and Education. She is an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and takes pride in the work that she performs. She has been employed with Dr. Cieplak for over nine years and is known for her thorough and gentle touch.
Gayle is married and has three beautiful children.
Lynn, Appointment/ Financial Coordinator
Lynn graduated from McDonough High School in 1986. She continued her education at Southern Maryland Dental Society, obtaining her certificates in Dental Radiology and Expanded Functions as well as The College of Southern Maryland in Basic Dental Assisting. Her continuing Education includes The Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Esthetic Dentistry and The Center for Professional Development, Phoenix Arizona. She has been with Dr. Cieplak for fifteen years.
Lynn was born and raised in Maryland, and just recently moved back to Southern Maryland with her son, Nicholas and their Rottweiler, Lucius.

Heather, Intern Patient Coordinator
Heather graduated from Lackey High School in 2008. She is currently enrolled at the College Of Southern Maryland to obtain her Bachelor of Science degree. Ms. Hall has been interning with Dr. Cieplak for over a year and hopes to continue working for Dr. Cieplak as a dental hygienist.
In her spare time you can find Heather riding and training horses at her parent’s farm in Camp Springs, Maryland.
Ms. Hall is a welcomed addition to our family and we wish her much success in her first year of college!
Michael, Intern Patient Coordinator
Michael is currently enrolled at the University Of Maryland, College Park. He hopes to follow in his uncle's footsteps by being accepted into the dental school. Michael has interned with Dr. Cieplak for the past two years and plans to return during his semester breaks.
